COMIKAZE EXPO ’15: Dragon Ball Z The Fall of Men Premiere

Dragon Ball Z fans were in for a treat at Comikaze Expo’15, as The Fall of Man, another live action Dragon Ball Z, was screened for the audience at noon! Centered around fan favorite Trunks, The Fall of Men is set in different future, inspired by characters of the DBZ saga, this untold story pays tribute to Akira Toriyama’s universe.

Dragon Ball Z has one of the biggest cult fan followings in all of Anime, with projects ranging from the popular TV show, as well as a Live Action movie, and several Mortal Kombat type video games. The series has been so popular, it has inspired several fan ficton shorts and movies just like The Fall of Men. At last year’s Comikaze, viewers and fans got their first look at the extended trailer of the film, but they are stepping it up this year and showing the whole thing!

The film was written and directed by Yohan Faure, who joined the cast and crew at a panel right after the film was screened. Check out the full trailer above, and be on the lookout for the fan fiction film!

I grew up in the south, raised watching TV, Movies, and Sports. Entertainment is my life, and I can't imagine what my life would be like without it. I'm a USC grad, and proud to be a Trojan for life! Some of my favorite shows include South Park, Always Sunny, Dexter, and How I Met Your Mother, which I write a weekly recap of here. I also play and report on poker for a living. Its a hard way to make an easy living!
