5 Features We’d Like In The Next GTA 5 Update

While many gamers are eagerly waiting for the GTA 5 PC Version to be released (including our editor Carl Wilhoyte), Xbox 360 and PS3 players are already waiting for the next update of their favorite game.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is getting a new update, after having been launched on September 17, 2013. The game has been developed for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game is set in the fictional San Andreas state. It is a tale of three robbers who come up with schemes to commit robberies, otherwise known as heists, even as they are followed by the law. The game has an open world design which allows the players to roam freely, just like in the real world; the city Los Santos is designed to resemble Los Angeles, with the surrounding area resembling the Nevada and California desert areas. There are several games, with each having its own heist, which could be enticing. Here’s a list of some new game modes we’d like to see in an upcoming expansion:

Zombie Survival Mode

Yes, we know. Zombies may be getting a little played out at this point, but it’d be bloody good fun in the goofy, cartoony universe of Los Santos. Actually, this game is not designed to follow the usual heist story, but it is one where the players get to kill zombies, similar to the popular Red Dead Redemeption expansion. In the story, there is an outbreak of Zombies, and the players have to engage them in battle using several types of weapons. The players have to reclaim the city which has been overrun by the living dead, exchange food so as to get resources that will help them win.

Cruise Liner Heist

The players are armed with Jet Skis or parachute down from overhead planes, and try to take over a cruise liner. The game also adds fierce battles with the police when out in the ocean. This is definitely a great game for those who want an adrenaline rush.

Casino Scenes

Casino Robbery

This is a game where the robbery is done in classy style. The players mingle with gamblers in the casino, before they whip out their guns and rob the place. The style aspect is not so fine, such as you may have seen in Oceans Eleven, but they do get to rob the casino. It’s more like Ocean’s Three mixed with Looney Tunes. For those who love to play Casino Robbery on GTA 5, and in case you are a casino fan, you can always play at Caesars online casino games with some real money while you wait.

Prison Break

This is a game about honor among thieves. The players organize how they will storm a prison and help their cronies to escape. They engage prison guards and the police in their attempt to get the prisoners out. We’d like to see a mode where you could potentially betray your teammates in order to escape.

Jurassic Park Drinking Game

Jurassic Park

Once again, this game is not about a heist, but it is about killing or capturing a T-Rex that is out there in the wilderness. Maybe it’s a robot gone amuck, or related to the endgame UFO’s that you can find as easter eggs. It’s a little out there, but hear us out. The players go to an island where they find dinosaurs, and they have to kill or capture them in order to survive. There is a lot of treasure at the center of the island, which is a great reward, but it could cost the player his life.
