THE CABIN IN THE WOODS Viewing Party

What: The Cabin in the Woods Viewing Party
When: October 9, 2013, 7:00 PM Central Time
Where: Here!
How: Find The Cabin in the Woods streaming on Netflix or Amazon

October is a time for pumpkins, candy, costumes and scary movies!  The Central Texas Movie Fanatics will be hosting another viewing party in honor of the greatest of holidays, Halloween!  A poll was posted, members voted, and the film that was chosen is The Cabin in the Woods from Drew Goddard and Joss Whedon.

The Cabin in the Woods was one of the best movies of 2012 and poses a fantastic twist on the horror genre.  IMDB‘s description is short and sweet, but if you haven’t seen the film, it’s really all the information I can share with you!  “Five friends go for a break at a remote cabin in the woods, where they get more than they bargained for. Together, they must discover the truth behind the cabin in the woods.”  Though this description makes it sound like any other teens in a creepy cabin movie, The Cabin in the Woods is anything but typical.
