10 Summer Chick Flicks: June 21–July 26

A few weeks ago, I saw the following tweet from famed and personal favorite chick flick writer Kirsten Smith (10 Things I Hate About You and Legally Blonde, with Karen McCullah Lutz)…

…and it got me thinking: Could it possibly be true?! So I took to IMDb and my movies-to-see list to see what was what for Summer 2013 (June 21–September 22).

After some deep digging, I found 20 summer movies that I would consider chick flicks—that is, movies I’m more likely to see with girls than guys—including straight-up chick flicks, romantic dramedies, romantic dramas, and even one or two romantic comedies.

Here’s the 411 on 10 summer chick flicks being released June 21–July 26, with trailers and social media links.
