Top 10 Super Bowl Commercials

Sports fan or not, everyone loves Super Bowl Sunday for the commercials. Advertisers spend well over $1 million dollars for a mere 30 second commercial spot during the biggest football game of the year. Sounds outrageously overpriced but if you consider the number of people that tune in world wide to the Super Bowl each year, that price may be worth it. If you make a memorable Super Bowl commercial, it can literally change your business. It honestly is very hard to come up with a successful Super Bowl Commercial these days. We have all been trained now over the last few decades to expect the best of the best on Super Bowl Sunday and if we don’t see the best, we will complain.
In the social media world we live in today, a bad Super Bowl commercial could turn out the lights on that company’s profit for the year. See what I did there? All in all, whether you’re a sports fan rooting for your team in the big game or just the friend stuck at a party forced to watch, you can expect some entertainment along the way with the extravagance that is Super Bowl Commercials. I have compiled what is to me the top ten from this Super Bowl. You can see last year’s choices right here and then compare/contrast to this year’s showings. I posted the top 5 finalist for this Doritos contest the other day and mentioned that the goat entry was my favorite. Clearly, I have the commercial eye because this Doritos commercial was the first to air. They also showed the one where the dad and his buddies were tempted by his daughter to dress as women for a tea party in exchange for a bag of Doritos.
