Relive the Magic: Harry and Voldemort duel in GOBLET OF FIRE

It’s that time of the week! Time to Relive Harry Potter! This week we take a look back at Goblet of Fire. Harry’s name was put into the Goblet of Fire by an unknown source, meaning he had to go through all the difficult tasks of the Triwizard Tournament which included retrieving a golden egg guarded by a dragon, swimming into the Black Lake to retrieve something that had been stolen from them, and then the maze that was put on the Quidditch Pitch. During the maze, Cedric (played by Robert Pattinson) and Harry, the Hogwarts champions both came within reaching distance of the Triwizard Cup so they grabbed it simultaneously and were taken to the graveyard in Little Hangleton where Wormtail emerged and killed Cedric with Voldemort’s orders. Then Wormtail brings Voldemort to human form which included using some of Harry’s blood. After the Death Eaters arrive and Voldemort talks a bit, he challenges Harry to a duel. They duel. During the duel, Harry sees the spirits of his parents Lily and James and Cedric (who told Harry to take his body back to Hogwarts to his father). He lets go, and runs to the cup and takes Cedric’s body back with him to Hogwarts again.

Check out the duel here:

This was such an epic battle – so emotional and intense. An innocent guy like Cedric was killed. It was a very emotional moment when Harry returned with Cedric’s body; when his dad saw his son’s lifeless body was just a heart wrenching moment. Whether anyone wanted to not believe it or if they did, Voldemort is back.
