It’s time for a weekly DVD/Blu-Ray Roundup! Here are the new releases for the week and my opinion on whether you should Skip It! Rent It! or Buy It!
Most of these were released on February 21, unless otherwise noted. There’s nothing too indie here, so they can all be found on Amazon or at your local electronics/video store like Best Buy or Target.

1. The Son of No One (starring Channing Tatum, Katie Holmes, Al Pacino, Tracy Morgan, Ray Liotta, and Juliette Binoche), DVD and Blu-Ray.
2. London Boulevard (starring Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley), DVD and Blu-Ray.
Rent It!
- J. Edgar (starring Leonardo Dicaprio), DVD and Blu-Ray.
- The Way (starring Emilio Estevez and Martin Sheen), DVD and Blu-Ray.
- Tower Heist (starring Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Matthew Broderick, Casey Affleck, Alan Alda, Tea Leoni, Michael Pena and Gabourey Sidibe), DVD and Blu-Ray. Check out review of the film from when it was originally released in theaters.
Buy It! 
- Weeds: Season 7 (starring Mary-Louise Parker), DVD and Blu-Ray.
- Puss in Boots (starring Antonio Banderas), will be released on February 24th on DVD and Blu-Ray. Who doesn’t love Puss in Boots? The movie supplies laughs and is a joy for kids (and adults!).
- Nurse Jackie: Season 3 (starring Edie Falco), DVD and Blu-Ray. This show has a little bit of everything; it’s a great show and Edie Falco is wonderful as Nurse Jackie.
- The Epic Journey of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (starring The Rock himself), on DVD and Blu-Ray. This is really only a “Buy It!” pick for those who are already fans of The Rock. It captures his journey to the star he is today wonderfully.
- Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden (starring Lady Gaga), DVD and Blu-Ray. It’s Lady Gaga. Come on, little monsters! That’s enough of a reason to buy and witness her awesome tour.
