AMERICAN REUNION! The gang is all here!

The original AMERICAN PIE premiered in 1999, crazy right?! I felt like it was just yesterday I was watching this movie on my VHS in my room with the sound down so my parents wouldn’t hear the dirty sex jokes coming from the television. Well, the whole gang is finally back for AMERICAN RENUNION. I am definitely going to see this no matter what the reviews say whenever they arise. I basically grew up watching these AMERICAN PIE movies. The trailer looks promising so let’s hope writer director duo Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg come through. I have a good feeling about the success of this movie. This writer/director duo that are responsible for bringing us the HAROLD AND KUMAR GO TO WHITE CASTLE franchise. The movie stars Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Seann Willam Scott, Mena Suvari, Tara Reid, Shannon Elizabeth, John Cho, Jennifer Coolidge, Chris Klein, Natasha Lyonne, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Eugene Levy, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Chris Owen, and newcomers Dania Ramirez and Katrina Bowden.

Check out the trailer:

In the comedy American Reunion, all the American Pie characters we met a little more than a decade ago are returning to East Great Falls for their high-school reunion. In one long-overdue weekend, they will discover what has changed, who hasn’t and that time and distance can’t break the bonds of friendship. It was summer 1999 when four small-town Michigan boys began a quest to lose their virginity. In the years that have passed, Jim and Michelle married while Kevin and Vicky said goodbye. Oz and Heather grew apart, but Finch still longs for Stifler’s mom. Now these lifelong friends have come home as adults to reminisce about—and get inspired by—the hormonal teens who launched a comedy legend.

AMERICAN REUNION hits theaters April 6, 2012. I will definitely be in attendance, will you?
