Pink is good for SHARING
Recording artist Pink will take her very first crack at film. A well established pop and R&B singer, Pink also known as Alecia Moore, has jsut signed on to be included among the cast of Stuart Blumberg’s THANKS FOR SHARING. She will be among some pretty well known actors; ensemble cast of Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins, Gwyneth Paltrow, Joely Richardson, Patrick Fugit and Josh Gad. Blumberg, who also co-wrote THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT will take on writer-director duties for this one.
The production is due out next year and is a comedy/drama about a group of recovering sex addicts. Moore’s character, Dede, will form a bond with the addict who is portrayed by Gad (THE BOOK OF MORMON”) in the film. William Migliore and David Koplan produce for Class 5 Films, the company of which Blumberg is a partner, while Leslie Urdang, Dean Vanech and Miranda de Pencier are on board for Olympis Pictures, the financer of the pic. Edward Norton serves as exec producer.
Filming already began last month.
