TERRIERS Officially Cancelled

Shawn Ryan‘s Terriers has just been cancelled by FX.

Despite a ratings boost for the season finale, 800,000 viewers was still well below the bar for original programming on FX.

THR is reporting that this was a tough decision for both FX and network president John Landgraf.  FX has had a great working releationship with Ryan since he was showrunner on The Shield.
Ryan will now focus his efforts fully on the upcoming Fox cop drama The Chicago Code which airs Feb. 7.
Unfortunately, I did not watch the show which I hear was fabulous.   What are your thoughts of this news?
